As previously stated appointments, including mine, double booked and not enough staff in branch to deal with number of customers coming into store.
Senior colleague left it to young lad to advise of over bookings and sort out error rather than taking control of the situation.
Customers not acknowledged whilst waiting, poor customer service for a big brand like Boots.

Only concern I have is the lack of experienced staff, making life difficult for those with the experience trying to do their job well while looking after the junior members of staff
